Product Safety
Cheerova sells seasonal costumes, decorations, accessories, and related products. We expect the products we sell to meet applicable U.S. safety requirements based on the product type, age grading, materials, electrical components, batteries, and intended use.
Some products may be subject to federal or state safety rules, including requirements from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), CPSIA rules for children’s products, flammability standards, labeling requirements, General Certificates of Conformity (GCC), Children’s Product Certificates (CPC), FCC requirements for certain electronic items, and other applicable rules.
Costumes and accessories are novelty products and are not protective equipment. Always follow product labels, warnings, age guidance, sizing information, and use instructions.
Children’s Products
Products intended for children should be used with adult supervision. Keep packaging materials, small parts, cords, batteries, and accessories away from children when they may create a choking, strangulation, electrical, or other safety risk.
Fire and Heat Safety
Costumes, decorations, wigs, masks, fabrics, and accessories should be kept away from open flames, candles, heaters, stoves, fireworks, and other heat sources unless the product specifically states otherwise.
Electrical and Battery Products
For products with lights, sound, motors, batteries, plugs, adapters, or other electrical components, use only as directed. Do not use indoor-only products outdoors. Do not expose electrical items to water unless they are specifically rated for outdoor or wet-location use. Remove batteries when products are stored for a long period of time.
Outdoor Decorations
Outdoor decorations should be installed securely and used according to the product instructions. Weather, wind, rain, and surface conditions can affect safe use. Customers are responsible for proper setup and supervision.

Some products may require additional warnings or may not be available for sale in certain states or locations. If a product is subject to a state-specific warning, restriction, or shipping limitation, we may display that information on the product page, packaging, or checkout when applicable.

Any third-party names, characters, brands, trademarks, or references belong to their respective owners. Unless clearly stated, Cheerova products are not sponsored, endorsed, licensed, or affiliated with any third-party brand, movie, show, game, or character owner.
