Free shipping on costumes

Our current catalog consists of costumes. All costume orders include free standard shipping to the continental United States, with no minimum order value. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Ships from the USA

All costume orders ship the same day from our Springfield, Virginia warehouse via USPS Ground Advantage, with no order cutoff. Same-day shipping means dispatch, not same-day delivery.

Delivery estimates

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment in the contiguous U.S. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Allow extra time for carrier delays. Check the delivery estimate for your address at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery outside the contiguous U.S. may take longer. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

Planning for Halloween delivery

Order early and allow extra time before October 31. Same-day dispatch does not guarantee arrival by Halloween. Check the delivery estimate for your address at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact us at hello@cheerova.com within 7 days of delivery for damaged items, including photos of both the packaging and the product. For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we will help trace the shipment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
